Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) of any gender -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services of any gender -Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon -Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage.
