Intake Process: Walk-in available.
Costs: Vary depending on the service. The payment model is based on what individuals can afford. Accepts OHP, Medicaid, Medicare, and select private insurance plans. No one will be denied access due to an inability to pay.

- Vaccinations: Must be 18 or older; all other services: No restrictions.
