About this resource

This service delivers primary healthcare for both adults and children, encompassing immunizations, mental health evaluations and counseling, women's reproductive health services such as Pap tests and breast exams, family planning, contraception, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, and assessments for drug and alcohol use. Additionally, it provides help with applying for the Oregon Health Plan and private insurance options available through the Federal Health Exchange.

Intake Procedure: Call to book an appointment.

Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 6 and 72.

Fees: The service accepts OHP, Medicare, and various private insurance plans. For uninsured patients, a $35 office visit fee is applicable, with sliding scale fees available to assist with any remaining costs. No one will be denied service due to an inability to pay.
