About this resource
The services provided include routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental check-ups, blood pressure evaluations, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health care, routine lab testing, prescription medication management, along with health, fitness, and nutrition education and advocacy.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: Accepts OHP, certain private insurance plans, and offers sliding scale fees. No student will be denied services due to inability to pay.
