About this resource
Delivers essential medical services for both adults and children, encompassing immunizations, mental health evaluations and counseling, women's reproductive health services such as Pap tests and breast exams, family planning, contraception, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, and assessments for drug and alcohol use. Additionally, it provides support for applications to the Oregon Health Plan and private insurance options available through the Federal Health Exchange.
Intake Procedure: Call to set up an appointment.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus line 2.
Fees: Accepts OHP, Medicare, and various private insurances. A $35 fee is charged for office visits for uninsured patients, with sliding scale fees available to help manage costs. No one will be denied service due to inability to pay.
