Intake Procedure: Walk-ins welcome.
Fees: Charges vary depending on the service provided. The payment model is based on what individuals can afford. Accepts OHP, Medicaid, Medicare, and certain private insurance plans. No one will be denied services due to inability to pay.

- Vaccinations: Must be 18 years or older; all other services: no restrictions.
