About this resource
The offerings consist of routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for various illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental check-ups, blood pressure evaluations, immunizations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, standard laboratory tests, prescription medication management, along with health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.
Intake Procedure: Please call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: Accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP), certain private insurance plans, and offers sliding scale fees. No student will be denied service due to inability to pay.
