About this resource
The services provided include regular physical check-ups and sports physicals, management of illnesses and injuries, screenings for vision and hearing, dental assessments, blood pressure checks, vaccinations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, routine laboratory tests, ongoing prescription medication management, as well as education and promotion related to health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Travel/Location: Accessible via Bus 22 and 71 Max: Blue line to 122nd Ave. Station (transfer to 71). The facility is situated on the north side of the building at the back, adjacent to the gymnasium entrance.
Fees: The center accepts OHP, certain private insurance plans, and offers a sliding scale for fees. No student will be denied service due to inability to pay.
