Intake Procedure: Walk-ins are welcome.
Fees: Charges vary depending on the service. The payment model is based on what individuals can afford. The facility accepts OHP, Medicaid, Medicare, and some private insurance plans. No one will be denied services due to an inability to pay.
Who can use this
- Vaccinations: Available for individuals aged 18 and older; all other services have no restrictions.
