Offers a variety of health care services including treatment for injuries and illnesses, physical examinations, reproductive health assessments, vaccinations, pregnancy tests, dental check-ups and cleanings, along with limited prescription medications.

Intake Procedure: Walk-ins are welcome.

Fees: Charges vary depending on the service. The payment model is based on what individuals can afford. The facility accepts OHP, Medicaid, Medicare, and some private insurance plans. No one will be denied services due to an inability to pay.
