Who can use this

  • - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician), regardless of gender - Individuals aged 40 or older needing breast or cervical cancer screenings or diagnostic services, regardless of gender - Must reside in or plan to move to Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage.
