This program delivers breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostic services via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessment, educational initiatives, and connecting individuals to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 4, 16, 17, 44, 75.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician), regardless of gender - Individuals aged 40 or older needing breast or cervical cancer screenings or diagnostic services, regardless of gender - Must reside in or plan to move to Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage.
