About this resource
This service provides comprehensive medical care for both adults and children, encompassing immunizations, mental health evaluations and counseling, women's reproductive health services such as Pap tests and breast exams, family planning, contraception, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, and assessments for drug and alcohol use. Additionally, it offers help with applying for the Oregon Health Plan and private insurance through the Federal Health Exchange.
Intake Procedure: To begin, call to arrange an appointment.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 4 and 71.
Fees: The clinic accepts OHP, Medicare, and private insurance. For uninsured patients, there is a $35 office visit fee, with sliding scale fees available to assist with other costs. No one will be denied service due to inability to pay.
