About this resource
This program provides screenings and diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessment, educational initiatives, and connections to necessary medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 9, 66, 75.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer (as assessed by a clinician) of any gender -Individuals aged 40 and above needing screening and/or diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer of any gender -Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon -Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage.
