About this resource
The services offered include regular physical examinations and sports physicals, management of illnesses and injuries, screenings for vision and hearing, dental assessments, blood pressure checks, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, routine laboratory tests, maintenance of prescription medications, as well as education and promotion regarding health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: Accepts OHP, certain private insurance plans, and offers sliding scale fees. No student will be denied service due to inability to pay.
