About this resource
This program looks into claims of abuse involving physical harm or injury, financial exploitation, emotional or verbal mistreatment, involuntary confinement, wrongful restraint, unwanted sexual contact, caregiver abandonment, failure to provide essential care, or self-neglect (which occurs when individuals lack the cognitive capacity to care for themselves, potentially resulting in harm).

Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are currently receiving or have previously qualified for services as adults.
