About this resource
This program offers breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics through a network of providers, aiming to lower cancer risks via early detection, risk assessment, education, and connection to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Travel/Location: Parking is available at the clinic on S Porter Street, accessible via Trimet North-bound Bus Lines: 38, 45, 54, 55, stopping at #1930 (SW Naito Parkway & Hooker).
Fees: No cost involved.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services -Residents or those planning to live in Oregon -Household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage. Men of any age with breast cancer symptoms qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for the ScreenWise program.
