Delivers culturally tailored homeownership guidance, education, and programs designed to assist individuals in purchasing and maintaining their homes, while also working to enhance homeownership prospects for Portland's Urban Native Community and address the Native homeownership disparity. Additionally, it provides financial education courses. NAYA is recognized as a HUD-approved counseling agency and is committed to equal housing opportunities.
