About this resource
This initiative creates an intergenerational, collaborative community aimed at assisting families with foster children by fostering permanency, building community ties, and nurturing caring relationships, while ensuring safety and a sense of purpose for older adults. The rental agreement includes a commitment of 100 volunteer hours per quarter to the community.

Location/Transportation: Accessible via TriMet Bus 75.
Costs: Dependent on housing availability.
Who can use this
- -Preference for individuals aged 55 and older with children living with them, parents reuniting with children in foster care, and foster families -Households with incomes up to 60% of the area’s median income (AMI)
