About this resource
This program delivers mental health support services such as case management, cognitive and creative therapies, skills training, job assistance, help with benefits and entitlements, prescriber services, and medication monitoring (active participation in behavioral health counseling is required). It also includes money management, medical coordination, and peer-delivered services. However, it does not conduct neurological assessments for ADHD or autism and is currently unable to provide medication management for new clients.
Intake Process: To initiate intake, please call. If you reach voicemail, kindly leave your full name, date of birth, and Oregon Health Plan (OHP) ID number.
Fees: Costs vary and OHP is accepted.
