This service offers fundamental primary care, including women's health exams like breast and Pap tests, management of chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes, treatment for minor ailments and injuries, as well as immunizations, but does not handle medical emergencies.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 6 and 72. There is a small off-street parking lot located to the west of the building (entrance on 7th).
Fees: Charges vary depending on the service provided.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18-64 with Oregon Health Plan (OHP), primarily serving the African American community.
