About this resource

This initiative provides eviction prevention services, which may include rental assistance if future income can be confirmed and is contingent on available funding. It also offers relocation and deposit assistance specifically for older adults. The support is not guaranteed and is limited by funding availability, with households eligible for assistance only once every two years.

Intake Process: Interested individuals should call and leave a comprehensive voicemail to schedule appointments. Due to a high volume of calls, it may take up to 10 business days to receive a response. Individuals can call anytime to access an automated message.

Location: The office is situated at the intersection of SW Broadway and Clay Street, with metered parking available. Public transportation options, including TriMet buses and the MAX train, are within two blocks.

Fees: There are no associated fees.
