Who can use this
- To qualify, a household must have at least one member aged 55 or older, reside in Multnomah County or be homeless, have no children under 18, possess a plan for resuming rent payments, and meet specific income guidelines, with priority given to those earning 20% or less of the Median Family Income (FMI).
