Offers a variety of dental services conducted by licensed dentists. These services encompass comprehensive dental rehabilitation, extractions (including impacted wisdom teeth), fillings, removable prosthetics, implant restoration, and sedation options such as IV and Nitrous Oxide.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment via phone.
Fees: Costs vary depending on the procedure. Most dental insurance plans are accepted, including Oregon (OHP) and Washington (Apple Health) State Medicaid. Payment is required at the time of service, and Care Credit payment plans are available.
