About this resource
The services provided include routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for various illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental screenings, dental care, blood pressure checks, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, routine laboratory tests, ongoing prescription medication management, as well as health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.
To initiate services, please call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: The clinic accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and certain private insurance plans, with sliding scale fees available. No student will be denied service due to inability to pay.

- Available for children and youth aged 0-21.
