Steps to Success is a collaborative effort between ODHS and Portland Community College designed to empower individuals toward self-sufficiency. The program offers comprehensive support, including job search training, assistance in obtaining a GED or ABE, counseling services, substance abuse programs, and employment resources. A component of the JOBS program, called JOBS Plus, helps TANF recipients secure temporary training roles with private companies.
