The program offers comprehensive support, including job search training, GED or ABE assistance, counseling services, substance abuse programs, and employment resources. Within this framework, JOBS serves as the state's employment and training initiative for those on public assistance, featuring a segment called JOBS Plus that provides TANF recipients with temporary training roles at private companies.
