About this resource
Offers monthly food assistance to help individuals acquire food, with funds distributed via an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, referred to as the Oregon Trail Card.
Intake Procedure: Interested applicants must apply and undergo an interview with an ODHS eligibility worker. Applications may be submitted online, over the phone, in person, or via a paper application.
Fees: There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is assessed individually, requiring individuals and families to: -Reside in Oregon -Have a household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level, calculated based on monthly income prior to taxes -Be US citizens or eligible non-citizens.
Documents you may need
- No documents are required to submit an application, however, people may be asked to provide the following: -Identification -Proof of income -Social Security numbers for everyone in your household who wants benefits -Proof of immigration status for eligible non-citizens
