This program offers medical benefits through OHP for individuals seeking treatment for breast or cervical cancer without health insurance. Referrals can be initiated by any healthcare provider who conducts screenings for these cancers by submitting a completed application to OHP. Typically, applications are processed by the following business day, and coverage under the Oregon Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCTP) starts on the day a provider confirms a cervical cancer diagnosis.

Who can use this
- Individuals under 65 residing in Oregon who require treatment for breast or cervical cancer and lack minimum essential coverage, do not qualify for other Medicaid programs, and have a household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
