Referrals can be initiated by any healthcare provider who conducts screenings for these cancers by submitting a completed application to OHP. Typically, applications are processed by the following business day, and coverage under the Oregon Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCTP) starts on the day a provider confirms a cervical cancer diagnosis.
