About this resource
This initiative offers legal assistance to low-income individuals dealing with disputes against the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), such as audits, modifications to returns, unclaimed refunds, misclassification issues, self-employment tax concerns, and outstanding debts. Additionally, it provides consultations for individuals who may not meet the criteria for representation but need guidance on IRS or Oregon Department of Revenue matters.

Who can use this
- Consultations: Open to all; Legal representation: Available to individuals whose household income is at or below 250% of the federal poverty level.
Documents you may need
- Photo ID, proof of address, and verification of tax payer ID number (SSN or ITTIN) unless new applicant for ITTIN.
