About this resource
Offers financial support for various eye and ear surgeries, which include cataract surgery, corneal transplants, enucleation, retinal injections, autologous serum eye drops, dry eye treatments, medical contact lenses, corneal crosslinking, insurance co-pays and deductibles, prosthetic eyes, and pterygium surgery among others. For hearing, assistance covers adenoidectomy, tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy, myringotomy, and costs associated with implantable hearing devices, among additional services.

Location: The entrance is at the Legacy Devers Eye Institute, located at 1040 NW 22nd Avenue. Proceed past the Devers reception area, turn right down the hallway, and continue past the elevators to find the office at the end of the hallway, sharing the suite with Eye Promise Optical.
Fees: There are no fees.
Who can use this
- Individuals with a gross household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level who have used all other means to cover treatment costs.
