The employment initiative provides support through job coaching, placement services, resume enhancement, training, and educational funding. PATHWAYS TO SUCCESS focuses on aiding low-income individuals in achieving living wage employment. LIVING SOLUTIONS caters to homeless and extremely low-income individuals seeking work but may not fit into conventional employment programs. It offers job training and placement support aimed at securing living wage positions, including basic education, skills training, and ongoing job coaching. COMMUNITY WORKS is a collaborative effort that delivers a culturally sensitive and personalized approach to assist low-income parents in transitioning off TANF and reintegrating into the workforce. The DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY JUSTICE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM offers services to those identified by the judicial system, ensuring participants receive comprehensive career coaching, training, housing support, and substance abuse treatment.
