About this resource
This employment initiative offers support through job coaching, placement assistance, resume development, training, and educational funding. PATHWAYS TO SUCCESS focuses on aiding low-income community members in finding living wage employment. LIVING SOLUTIONS targets homeless and very low-income individuals who seek work but may not fit into conventional employment programs. It provides job training and placement services aimed at achieving living wage jobs, including basic education, skills development, and ongoing job coaching. COMMUNITY WORKS is a collaborative effort that offers a culturally sensitive and tailored approach to help low-income parents transition off TANF and re-enter the workforce. The DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY JUSTICE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM serves individuals identified by the court system, ensuring they receive comprehensive career coaching, training, housing support, and substance abuse treatment services.
