About this resource
This primary care clinic specializes in diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic health conditions, such as infections and diabetes. It also offers services like general physical examinations, pregnancy tests, STI screenings, and treatments for abscesses and other common ailments. Additionally, it provides limited urgent care as well as mental and behavioral health services.
Intake Procedure: Patients can either walk in or call to make an appointment, though walk-in clients may experience extended wait times. Availability for same-day appointments is restricted.
Fees: There are no charges for individuals under 21 years old. A sliding scale fee structure is available for those earning below 200% of the federal poverty level, ensuring no one is denied service due to inability to pay. The clinic accepts Medicare, OHP Open Card, HealthShare (including CareOregon, OHSU, and Providence), Trillium, and most private insurance plans, which will be billed when applicable.
