Outside In

This primary care clinic specializes in diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic medical conditions, including infections and diabetes. It also provides services such as general physical examinations, pregnancy tests, STI screenings, and treatment for abscesses and other common ailments. There are limited urgent care, mental health, and behavioral health services available.

Intake Procedure: Clients can either walk in or call to make an appointment, though those who walk in may experience longer wait times. Availability for same-day appointments is restricted.

Fees: Services are free for individuals under 21 years old. A sliding scale fee structure is available for those earning below 200% of the federal poverty level, ensuring that no one is denied service due to inability to pay. The clinic accepts Medicare, OHP Open Card, HealthShare (including CareOregon, OHSU, and Providence), Trillium, and most private insurance plans, with billing done through insurance when applicable.
