About this resource
The program provides both on-site and community-supported housing options, along with case management and various support services. There are a limited number of transitional housing units available specifically for homeless youth who are parents. The duration of transitional housing can range from 6 to 24 months. Parents with children can access housing case management and transitional housing services, and they are required to participate in parent support case management.
Intake Procedure: -Complete a screening through the Access Center -Engage actively with Case Management Services at the assigned agency -Attend a Housing Orientation -Fill out and submit the application form.
Fees: These vary depending on the specific service provided.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include homeless youth aged 18-24 and some parents aged 18-24 with children under 4, but services are not available for transient individuals.
