About this resource
This initiative provides a syringe exchange aimed at reducing the transmission of HIV and other illnesses among drug injectors. Participants can access safer injection supplies, counseling, safer sex resources, free and confidential HIV and Hepatitis C testing, and referrals for drug treatment. The syringe exchange operates on a one-for-one (1:1) basis, allowing users to exchange the number of syringes they bring in, although no one will be denied service for not having syringes to return.
