About this resource
This initiative provides screenings and diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer through a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the impact of cancer by promoting early detection, conducting risk assessments, offering educational resources, and facilitating access to medical treatment.

Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and above needing screening and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age exhibiting symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
