This program offers a discount on a customer's monthly net bill, categorizing qualifying individuals into one of six discount tiers. To be eligible, household income must not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
Intake Procedure: For further details, please call or visit the website. Customers will need to re-enroll annually, or every two years if they are on a fixed income.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
