About this resource
This organization offers a range of mental health services to the community, such as therapy for individuals, couples, families, children, and groups, alongside psychological and cognitive evaluations, consultation services, speech-language therapy, and psycho-educational support.
Intake Process: To initiate services, call to schedule an appointment. Prospective clients will undergo a phone interview, followed by an intake assessment appointment.
Location: Situated on the 3rd floor of the Morrison Plaza Building at the northwest corner of 14th and Morrison, conveniently located on the Max line.
Fees: Charges vary depending on the service; a sliding scale fee is offered. The organization accepts the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) for specific coordinated care organizations, including Care Oregon, Health Share Oregon, Columbia Pacific, and Trillium Health. Note that they do not bill private insurance. For speech-language services, Care Oregon and Medicare are accepted.
