About this resource
The center serves as a daytime refuge, providing shelter, hot meals, haircuts, clothing, public restrooms, bus passes, wound care, hygiene kits, and assistance with OHP and SNAP forms. It also helps with ID and birth record replacements, payment support, housing navigation resources, shelter referrals, detox referrals, overdose prevention, and Narcan supplies. Community Health Workers (CHWs), Peer Wellness Specialists (PWS), and Peer Support Specialists (PSS) are on hand to offer resources, healthcare connections, and case management.
Intake Procedure: Walk-ins are welcome.
Travel/Location: Located at the intersection of 82nd Avenue and Ash Street, accessible via TriMet bus 72, which stops nearby.
Fees: No charges apply.
