About this resource
The facility serves as a day center providing shelter, nutritious meals, haircuts, clothing, public restrooms, bus passes, wound care, hygiene kits, assistance with OHP and SNAP forms, ID and birth record replacement, payment aid, resources for housing navigation, shelter referrals, detox referrals, overdose prevention, and Narcan supplies. Community Health Workers (CHWs), Peer Wellness Specialists (PWS), and Peer Support Specialists (PSS) are on hand to help with resources, healthcare connections, and case management.
Intake Procedure: Walk-ins are welcome.
Travel/Location: Located at the intersection of 82nd Avenue and Ash Street, accessible via TriMet bus 72 with a nearby stop.
Fees: There are no fees for services.

- Open to all individuals.

- ID replacement: Birth certificate if not from Oregon or no previous Oregon ID
