About this resource
This program provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics via a network of healthcare providers, aiming to lessen the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessment, education, and connection to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Fees: No cost involved.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 in need of breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician), regardless of gender -Individuals aged 40 and above requiring breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services, regardless of gender -Residents or those intending to reside in Oregon -Household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage
