About this resource

This service offers primary preventive care which encompasses comprehensive exams, X-rays, cleanings, and sealants, in addition to restorative treatments like fillings, root canals, and crowns, as well as emergency services such as exams and extractions.

Travel/Location: We are situated behind the Fly Fishing Shop on Halsey, with 111th Avenue as the cross-street. Bus 77 has a stop right outside our facility, while Bus 23 is less than a block away. The Gateway Transit Center is about a 15-minute walk, providing access to the MAX Blue, Red, and Green lines along with several bus routes.

Fees: A $25 fee is charged for each visit.

Who can use this

  • Eligibility is for adults aged 18 and older who do not qualify for the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or cannot afford private dental insurance, with household incomes up to 300% of the federal poverty level (FPL).
