About this resource
This initiative provides veterinary health care clinics through appointments and offers access to a pet supply bank. Households can utilize the pet supply bank once a month without the need for appointments or pre-qualification. Veterinary services are available either by appointment or during specific walk-in drop-in clinic days. The schedule for drop-in clinics can be found on the website or via phone voicemail, and additional information is available in person during regular hours. Emergency or urgent care is not provided outside of the scheduled drop-in clinic days. Each clinic can accommodate a maximum of two pets per household. Services offered include basic health examinations, vaccinations, flea and de-worming treatments, pet supplies, and discounted animal licensing. Donations of new and gently used pet supplies and certain medications are accepted, with specific guidelines available on the website. However, they cannot accept food past its expiration date, CBD products, retractable leashes, shock collars, electric collars, or prong collars. There are also volunteer opportunities available.
Intake Procedure: For the Pet Food Bank and Licensing, walk-ins are welcome. For Vaccines and Wellness Clinics, walk in or check the website for current clinic dates. Non-Emergency Medical Services require visiting the website to complete the intake form. For Spay and Neuter Services, the intake form must also be completed on the website.
Travel/Location: The facility is situated at the intersection of NE 82nd Avenue and NE Broadway Street, with the entrance on NE Broadway Street, just two blocks north of the NE 82nd Avenue MAX station, accessible via TriMet line 72.
Fees: Basic exams are provided at no charge, although donations are appreciated. Diagnostic services, procedures at partner clinics, county licensing, and some medications are offered at discounted rates.
