This initiative focuses on career exploration tailored for immigrants, refugees, and non-native English speakers. It provides skills-based training, workshops, and noncredit classes in fields such as healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and construction trades. Additionally, there are courses available in financial literacy, basic computer skills, and the Steps to Success program for those receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
