This center supports homebuyers by offering pre-purchase counseling, education on homeownership, individual development accounts, and assistance with down payments and financing. It does not offer rental or construction assistance, nor does it provide help with reverse mortgages or support for those facing foreclosure. The Mortgage Assistance Program specifically offers down payment help and financing options.

The center is conveniently located on the TriMet bus line 12.
There is a fee of $99 which covers all services, materials, and includes a SoftTouch credit report.
Who can use this
- The HomeOwner Basics program has no restrictions, while mortgage and down payment assistance are available for those earning at or below 80%-100% of the Median Family Income (MFI).
