Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition

This organization delivers advocacy and services designed to safeguard and empower the immigrant community. It features a hotline for reporting local Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) sightings, helps individuals find loved ones who have been detained or deported, and provides education on immigrant rights through free Know Your Rights materials and handouts. Additionally, it has a drop-in resource center and offers information and referrals to further resources, such as legal aid or accompaniment to ICE office check-ins. Volunteer opportunities are also available.

Intake Procedure: Individuals can call, visit the website, or walk in for more details. For urgent issues, the hotline should be contacted, while non-urgent inquiries can be directed to the non-emergency voicemail line or through text to the hotline.
