About this resource
This service provides a range of mental health support, such as individual, couples, group, and gender-affirming counseling, focusing on trauma, body-centered techniques, and support for LGBTQ2+ individuals. It also issues letters of readiness for gender-affirming surgeries following the standards set by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).
Intake Process: To begin, please visit the website to fill out the intake form. The expected wait time for the waitlist is a few weeks.
Location: The agency is accessible via TriMet bus routes, with stops on Sandy Boulevard just six blocks away.
Payment: The service accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP).
