About this resource
This initiative provides minor home and safety repairs, executed by staff, volunteers, and subcontractors based on available resources. Services may encompass home evaluations, installation of smoke and fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, bathroom safety aids, addressing housing code violations, managing yard nuisances, and performing minor plumbing and electrical repairs. Additionally, it offers referrals to other home repair assistance programs.

Fees: There are no charges for these services.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 55 and older or adults with a permanent disability must own and reside in the home needing repairs, with an income at or below 50% of the area median.
