Costs: -$1,200 monthly for units accommodating up to 4 individuals or $1,300 for units up to 7 -$35 per person for background checks -An additional deferred security deposit of $100 is required, equivalent to one month's rent.
Who can use this
- -Households must have an income of at least $2,500 per month -No felony convictions in the past 2 years, no repeated violent behavior including sex offenses, individuals aged 18 and older must pass a background check, and drug use history will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis -Pets, households with eviction histories, and non-traditional income sources are accepted.
