This initiative aids immigrants and refugees in obtaining stable jobs that correspond with the degrees or certifications they possess from their home countries. Participants receive guidance from a career coach who assists with credential evaluation, development of an employment strategy, acclimatization to American workplace norms, and continuous job placement assistance. Additionally, it provides educational and skills development opportunities through on-the-job training, paid internships, and various workshops.
